In fact, advertising-industry analysts are predicting little short-term fallout -- though the longer-term effects on consumer confidence could be a lot more serious. |

When Procter & Gamble co. launched Tide Total Care and Downy Total Care in July, it sure sounded like laundry products had reached the end of their evolution, as it were. If these products did it all, what more could possibly be accomplished? But it's more likely in fact, that laundry is just beginning a new phase. Turns out that in laundry, like history, the end of one cycle just means the start of the next. Coca-Cola is releasing a Wieden & Kennedy-created ad for its Bond tie-in Coke Zero Zero 7 in the style of the franchise's opening credits and featuring music by Jack White from The White Stripes. The TV and cinema ad, created by Wieden & Kennedy Amsterdam, pays homage to the classic Bond film intro sequence, with the gun barrel tracking Bond across the screen.
