Depending on type of project, Masso Consulitng will propose companies proper approach and method. However any approach is always based on our consulting philosophy "our works, neither yours nor mine". Our most used methods are followings:

Consulting workshop

This is the most preferred method by clients. It is also the most suitable approach to SME Vietnamese companies in regard to its business conditions according to our consulting experience. The key characteristic of this approach is "its interactive characteristic" which combine (i) studies, analysis and ideas proposal of project team and (ii) top management's challenging and decesion making during the workshop.Requirements are also different from project by project, however followings are key conditions of this approach

(1) Client will send all the available information, which is relevant to the marketing problem, to Masso Consulting one week in advance.
(2) Full participation of management board and top decision makers
(3) Number of participants shouldn't be more than 8
(4) Workshop location should be isolated from working place, normally decided by Masso Consulting
(5) Workshop time is limited to 8 hours a day.

Masso Consulting will send a strategic recommendation to clients after two-week time.

Consulting project

For big consulting project, a project team will be set-up and work together for a long time 1-6 months depending type/scope of works. In these cases, we have a multi-phase approach, which we can use consulting workshop module as mentioned above for each stage of the project. Hence we will come up with most suitable method in the project proposal for clients' consideration, and we believe that clients will always agree with our approach.
