Job discription summary:
- Build strong relationship with potential prospects for new client/business opportunities
- Analyze clients’ issues & identify the key marketing communication problem
- Research the market & competitors to develop effective solutions for clients creatively
- Manage resources to work out the most competitive proposal, which would then be present to client impressively for winning piitch.
- Coordinate internal/external expertises to ensure a profesisonal and consistent imlementation of winning proposal.
- Monitoring projects’ operation to ensure delivering the expected results to clients as committed at the beginning.
- Keep interactive communication with client for projects' reporting and new business opportunities
- Continuous coaching and managing staff to bring the whole team quality to international standard.
Primary responsibilities:
- Management of clients and their brands
- Coordination of resources to offer clients expected branding result.
Key requirements
- At least 2-5 years experience with branding or marketing
- Thorough knowledge of brand management processes
- English fluency, particularly writing & reading
- Good coordination ability (leadership)
- Presentation & relationship building skill
- Creative thinking ability
- Strategy formulation ability
- Management & result orirented mindset
- Independent working ability, but still a team player
