His last posting before founding Masso Group was Business Development Manager for Shell East Zone, where he participated in retail strategy and business development within 40 Asian countries. During his working time in Asia, he got an extensive working experience with Mckinsey & Company, the world leading consulting company. Expert in both consumer and retail marketing, particularly marketing communication and strategy, Thang has solid records in elaborating marketing strategies, numerous marketing and brand communication projects are under his supervision for International and Vietnamese companies.
Tom Vu - Masso Group, Associate Director
Vu has eight-year experiences in brand communication arena. Before participating in Masso Group, Tom worked as brand and product management in International FMCG companies such as Foster Beer, Foremost milk. In addition, Tom has accumulated significant experience in brand management of other consumer product categories such as OTC, Chocolate…His experience and creativity is very valuable in brand building activities for clients. Tom currently hold position of Group's Associate Director, responsible for Group's business development.
Hang is the business leader of Masso Communications. Hang has gained a deep knowledge in integrated marketing communication, media planning as well as all disciplines related to marketing communication. Hang has been working with multiple companies and International advertising agencies such as Mai Thanh, Mindshare, LG Debon, Cowan...before joining Masso Group. As a business leader of Masso Communications, Hang is managing IMC, PR/Events and Activation team to provide services to giant companies both MNC and local companies.
Tran Van Phuoc Nguyen - MO, Executive DirectorMBA, knowledge in trendy technologies such as Internet, mobile, digital application... and know how to exploit them for marketing innovation. Before joining Masso Group, Nguyen worked in sales and marketing for Zuellig Pharma and Shell. Nguyen is currently managing field marketing team (Markeing Outsource, MO) to provide clients full services of field marketing at nation-wide scale.
Nguyen Khoa Hong Thanh - Emerald digital, Managing DirectorThanh hold BA degree in International Relations. Before founding Emerald digital marketing (a member of Masso Group), Thanh worked in journalism and digital industry for multiple years. Thanh is currently managing digital marketing team, covering full integrated digital marketing services.
Mai Thi Kim Anh - Masso Communications, Activation ManagerMai Anh started her career with Masso Group since 2005 as Account Executive. She has been trained and experienced with multiple marketing programs organized and conducted by the company. On basic of her knowledge and experience on brand activation, she is promoted to Associate Manager and now Activation Manager responsible for brand activation business unit, one of the core competencies of Masso Communications.
Le Thanh Nhan - Masso Consulting, IMC ManagerMBA, Nhan is knowledge and experienced in integrated marketing communication (IMC) and branding. Nhan is working on consultancy and services on IMC for a number of International and Vietnamese clients.
